US Lacrosse (http://www.uslacrosse.org) created a very good series of introductory training videos for the web. They are targeted at coaches but any parents and/or player should find them useful. The videos are listed below basically in the order a U9 player should learn the basics of the game.
I know the above seems like a lot to cover, but at U9 CMAA will work gradually through all areas with the initial focus on the basics of cradling, scooping, throwing and catching.
NOTE: You will need Apple QuickTime (http://www.apple.com/quicktime/) installed on your computer to view the videos. Apple will try to get you to buy QuickTime PRO or download iTunes - neither is required..
